I've got to make it to write just my feelings about what has been going on each day!! "Private Diary": I do not know why, but I feel a little uneasy about until when it will last. Riko Higashio

Are you eating your breakfast? I like my breakfast and I cannot start my day without one. When I am in Japan, I have miso soup, grilled fish, natto, tofu, pickles. (Since I am a slow eater) I usually take 30 minutes for my breakfast.
When I am in US, I can not have my Miso Soup so I have my toast, bagel or oatmeal along with some egg dish. I try not to eat egg yolks so I eat boiled egg rather than scrambled. Sometimes, I opt for Omlettes made only with egg whites. I also have bacon but American bacon is very oily so I try to avoid fatty bits. Some fresh orange juice and fluids are a must. Especially on my tournament day, I try to have good breakfast but overeating is not good so its pretty difficult to pace that.
If I am not competing in the tournament, I start with cereal or yogurt. I have a special liking for cereals. I like to mix many different ones. These are the photos of my favorite mix. I add some bananas to this. You should try it.
