 
I've got to make it to write just my feelings about what has been going on each day!! "Private Diary": I do not know why, but I feel a little uneasy about until when it will last. Riko Higashio 
9 weeks since my operation. Its little bit but I feel like normal person now. I am now able to work out my upper body now with very very light weights as well.
I can also swing my clubs. I can not hit balls nor do full swing but its a major step for me to do this. I can also do some putting now. I can not do it too long since it does put strain on my shoulder but I feel very happy walking and moving about.
I would like to do full swing to hit balls but I have to make sure I get my strength back. Otherwise, I will do more damage to myself. It may be the wrong expression, but I feel like its a kind of mental torture.
