I've got to make it to write just my feelings about what has been going on each day!! "Private Diary": I do not know why, but I feel a little uneasy about until when it will last. Riko Higashio

I just realised that October is just around the corner. Its 3 months since I had my operation. I was hoping to be able to swing golf clubs by now but its not the time yet.
I went to get my check-up last week but my shoulder is still inflamed and they told me that its not time to play golf yet. They gave me some medication and gave me an advice to not overdo the training. So I am not sure when I can hit the balls.
So you might ask what I am doing every day? I had my concerns about how to spend my days without golf and training but I am pretty busy. My day is built around my physical therapy. Its similar to that operated by major hospitals in Japan and I do work outs on my shoulder on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 hours each day.
For the rest of the week, I work out my lower body 3 times a week and every day, I do some caudio vascular work out and light exercise. I get massage and acupuncture once a week as well.
In addition, I am trying out something I can not do when I am on the Tour so I am into cooking now. When I am on the Tour, I eat out all the time so I am enjoying home cooking now. I think my cooking skill is good enough to show others now.
Also, I had a photo session for my sponsor Ricoh. I usually do this during the Tournament but this year, I did it locally. It took 2 days to do and managed to do photos from different angles which was not possible to do during the tournament.
I have new Adidas outfits so the photos are in different image now. Look out for it. I went for the shoe fitting as well. I have very wide and high foot with low arch so its very difficult find a good fit but people a Adidas can do wonders for me. As you know, golf is mainly walking so the fit is very important. You should spend more effort for selecting shoes than clubs.
