I've got to make it to write just my feelings about what has been going on each day!! "Private Diary": I do not know why, but I feel a little uneasy about until when it will last. Riko Higashio

It was really windy on the 3rd day of the tournament, with the winds raging the way they only do in Links. I went around with Yuri Fudoh’s group today. On windy days like this, even putting can be tough, let alone the shot. When it’s hard enough just standing on your own two feet, even the fast, hard green is affected, and with a headwind the ball doesn’t go where it’s supposed to if you don’t hit it really hard. Yuri killed her score turning 3 putts into 6 (she counts it as 7, probably from including hitting it with the putter from the fringe).
I have no idea what the weather will be like tomorrow, but bear it, endure it, persevere through it, it’s like a goddess smiling at someone who believed in her own golf. Lorena Ochoa has the lead by 6. Her tendency to hook to the left has usually done her in, but in the crucial endgame on a course where you can run away to the left, it looks like she’s got it. Then again, whether she wins her first major tournament ever could depend on whether the threat of Annika Sorenstam, 7 strokes behind, catches up with her. This should be good.
