I’ve never played on a course with so much casual water! The course is literally swamped from rain. A rain delay at the moment as well. The weather suddenly took a turn for the worse during the middle of the night on Tuesday- been raining on and off - but the volume is so great when it is raining that the groundskeepers are having a heck of a time cleaning it up.

It’s now Saturday, on the eve of the second day of the NW Arkansas Championship. I was supposed to tee off at 1:47 pm yesterday afternoon, and that got delayed until 6 pm. After playing just 5 holes, it got dark, and I had to call it quits at 7:20.

So today, I started playing the rest of Day 1 from 7:15 this morning, but it got postponed from bad weather again. I still have one hole to play from Round 1. At this rate, it doesn’t look like we’re going to make any progress anymore today either…the whole tournament might be cancelled. I’ve never seen anything like this before- we’ll see how it turns out. I’ll just do my best for now and not bother writing anything else!
