 Because my back still hurts, I thought about what I could do to avoid swinging a club all day, and went to watch the men’s tournament. First I checked out the increasingly popular Ryo Ishikawa. He was dressed in red, and made a nice shot while standing in a wide stance. There was a really great aura about him!
More than anything else, though, the hot topic of the day was pro golfer Tadashi Ezure! He came in 5th at 6 under par after 30 holes! He’s so busy he doesn’t have much time for practice or to play any rounds, but our instructor did it!!! He said his goal was to make the qualifier cut, but I hope he keeps his streak going! You know, watching someone you know from the spectator standpoint can be even more nerve racking than playing yourself!
